Included on this page is much of the information you will need for your Unit to have a great experience at Winterfest. Please take a few minutes to review the information below, as well as our main page, as many questions will be answered here. Supplemental information will be published as it becomes available.
LOCATION
Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Rocky Top Sports World will be the home base of the event with events taking place at multiple locations on the campus, including the Gatlinburg Community Center, Boys & Girls Club, and Gatlinburg-Pittman High School. ï‚·
Lodging in Gatlinburg is plentiful and Winterfest has negotiated lower rates for participants. It is each unit’s responsibility to make its own hotel reservations. Hotels will fill up fast. There are a variety of hotels located in Gatlinburg with which we have negotiated special rates. Be sure to check that list to get the best rates.

All adults and youth must register. To take advantage of early pricing, register before Friday, January 19, 2024. The payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Early registration will end at
11:59 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024.
Make sure to allow yourself and your participants enough time.
Additional wristbands will be available for sale but they will be sold
at the walk-up price listed in the Advisor Guide. Wristbands
are required for all youth, adults, and visitors to
obtain entry into all events and areas.
The Winterfest fee is non-refundable. ï‚· It is important to note that Adults and Visitors will not be allowed to participate in events. Their fee only allows entry to spectate. You must obtain and display your wristband for entry into the events area.

FOOD INFORMATION
Event Site Food Policy
No meals are included in the participant/advisor or visitor fee at Winterfest. Additionally, NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN ROCKY TOP SPORTS WORLD. The center offers a full-service snack bar and a local vendor will come in the morning to offer coffee and doughnuts.
We are currently working on additional food offerings on campus. Check back often for updates here.
Don’t forget to bring a refillable water bottle!

Anakeesta, Ripley's & WonderWorks
Discount tickets will be available for Ripley’s and WonderWorks. Tickets for Anakeesta, Ripley's and WonderWorks will be available to purchase when you register, at our online SHOP OR onsite during the event check-in times.
These discounted tickets are available to anyone attending with your unit including visitors. Tickets can be used throughout the weekend, but Ripley's and WonderWorks are offering special hours on Friday night to accommodate Winterfest.

Tickets will be given to you at check-in.
If your unit plans to take advantage of the special Friday hours, be sure to send someone to the Winterfest Advisors’ Meetings.
