Frequently asked:
I can't see my tickets after logging in.

Make sure you logged in with the same email you used to buy the ticket on bsawinterfest.org. If you bought under a different email, sign out and log back in with that one.

My verification code isn't arriving.
Check your spam folder. The code expires after 10 minutes; request a new one if needed. Still nothing? Email us.

I don't have a Post, Crew, Ship or Troop Number.
The Schedule tab requires a unit number — that's the identifier for your group (e.g. "Post 123" → 123). If you're not part of a registered unit, the schedule tab won't apply to you.

Can I get a refund?
Refund requests go through the event organizers, not the app. Event tickets are non-refundable. Email us for any other refund issues and we'll route you.
